Cira Tower City Cleaning Company has provided construction clean up services to three separate contractors in the city's most dazzling new office tower, including Turner Construction, Intech Construction, and Murphy Quigley Co. So far, we have helped to turn over 180,000 square feet of sparkling new super high end office space.
The Rittenhouse Hotel and Condominium Since opening their doors in 1989, the five star Rittenhouse has garnered an international reputation as this region's premiere boutique hotel. City Cleaning Company has been there from the start, providing seven night per week cleaning of all public spaces, including constant upkeep of the gleaming marble floors.
Barthco International This successful international freight broker recently consolidated two Philadelphia offices into a new location in an historically certified building in the Philadelphia Naval Business Center. As their janitorial service at the old branches for many years, we were proud that we were asked to continue services at the Naval Base, including nightly janitorial services, window washing, carpet shampooing and floor re-finishing.
Philadelphia International Airport City Cleaning Company has been continuously involved with many aspects of cleaning services at Philadelphia International Airport for over a quarter of a century. We are currently providing contract cleaning services to Northwest Airlines and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), which is also our major Federal Government contract. We have also performed major construction clean-ups in the two newest terminals, International (A) and Commuter (F), as well as at the B-C link renovation. We are currently working with E.P. Guidi, Inc. on U.S. Airways breakroom renovations, as well as numerous retail fit outs.

We have been involved with the delicate and sensitive maintenance and renovations of many colonial era buildings over the years, including American Philosophical Society, Philadelphia Contributionship, Episcopal Diocese, Old Saint Paul's, St. Peter's Church, Christ Church, and the Betsy Ross House.
Citizens Bank Ballpark The new home of the Phillies was still being built within hours of the first opening day, presenting a tremendous challenge to all contractors, including the clean-up crews. City Cleaning Company was intensely involved in the project, with three separate contracts, including directly with the general contractor for the main administration building, as a subcontractor for general cleaning in the stadium, and as hired by Aramark to clean all of their concession stands and kitchens.
